Humbled God

Mystery of mysteries. That is the way theologians have described the virgin birth. God taking on human flesh. The Son whose glory was equal to His Father’s, humbling Himself—even condescending to our level—to save us. This is what we will look at as we see the Christmas story from one of the most profound vantage points of all—the biblical view of the immutable, immortal, almighty Jesus, humbled “to the point of death, even death on a cross.”
