Preaching that Saves: Hard Truths for Stony Hearts

A biblical church will be evidenced by biblical preaching, and as we’ll see this Sunday, true expository ministry communicates and proclaims difficult truths from Genesis to Revelation, without apology. A true expositor of the Word of God will see his task as solemn, necessary, and vital to the life of the church and the advance of the Gospel. Members of a church likewise—if they are to be biblical—will not be satisfied unless the whole counsel of God is spoken to their own hearts and to that of the whole fellowship and beyond. Watch as we look at a ministry too often neglected, even though Scripture paints it as the preeminent need for a godly church and a dark and dying world.
